Ambient ecosystem project system uses algorithms, calculated fields, determined fields, and a robust relational database schema. Ambient ecosystem project system removes project lifecycle, management, and tracking complexities that derail project progress and success.
Each project is assigned a category, one or more steps, and further classified using 50 optional classification fields. Each project step is assigned an action, one or more resource types (product, service, travel), and one or more resources for each resource type.
Projects can be associated with steps, activities, conversations, notes, voice memos, video memos, URLs, file system paths, and files.
All of which provides context to Ambient.
